Delete your enScore account

You can permanently delete your enScore account and the data associated with it directly inside the app, on any device where you are signed in. This applies to accounts created with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.
Delete your account in the app
- Open enScore on any device where you are signed in.
- Open Settings (on Android, the ⋮ menu in the Library’s top bar; on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision, and Windows, Settings is in the app’s main menu).
- Make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Delete Account…
- Confirm by tapping Delete.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleted immediately and permanently from our servers
- Your account and sign-in identity
- All backed-up scores (PDF files) and their sync history
- All synced annotations, bookmarks, lists, and score settings
- Your registered devices
- Entitlement records linked to your account
Not affected by account deletion
- Files stored locally on your device. Scores and annotations saved on the device itself remain in the app after the account is deleted. Uninstalling the app removes them.
- Purchase records. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from (Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the Microsoft Store) and follow that store’s own policies. An active subscription is not cancelled automatically. You can cancel it in that store’s subscription settings: Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, the App Store under Subscriptions, or the Microsoft Store under Services & subscriptions.
- Anonymous diagnostics. Crash reports and aggregate usage analytics are not linked to your account and expire automatically on the retention schedules of our diagnostics providers (90 days or less).
If you can’t access the app
If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email support@thejonathanv.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my enScore account”, and we will delete the account for you. We may reply to that address to verify ownership before deleting.
